Safety on every trip

You are getting into a car with someone you have not met. Here is what we do about that.

In an emergency call 999 first.

  1. 1Identity checks for every driver: national ID, driving licence, live selfie.
  2. 2Car checks: registration, fitness certificate, tax token, insurance and photos.
  3. 3A start PIN that only you know. The trip cannot start without it.
  4. 4Live trip sharing with family through a link, no app needed.
  5. 5SOS button: press and hold for two seconds and our team and your emergency contacts are alerted with your location.
  6. 6Night trips can ask you for a safety check-in.
  7. 7Your documents are encrypted and seen only by authorised staff with every view recorded.
